At ROBOTIC, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines terms such as our delivery processes, shipping costs and timelines to ensure a smooth experience when shopping with us.
All shipping costs, taxes, import duties, and related fees are for your account. The final amount, inclusive of shipping costs, will be clearly shown before you pay online.
Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary based on your location. You should receive an email with shipping information within 7 business days of payment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as but not limited to customs processing, local postal service delays, etc.
You should get an email regarding order processing within 7 business days after payment is received. You should receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can then track your order using the number provided. If you have any questions about your order status, please reach out to us at info@roboticgear.store.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery if needed.
We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via email with subject line commencing: Lost Item, or Defective Item, depending on the issue. Also provide your order number, the issue, and supporting details to help us resolve the issue promptly.

At ROBOTIC, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your items. As the new kids on the block, we don’t want any wahala though! Only place an order if you really want what you’re ordering, because unlike the giant retailers out there, we do not process returns or exchanges. Well, at least not yet.
That said, if your purchase is defective, of course, we will “right the wrong”. Please email us within 7 calendar days of your purchase at info@roboticgear.store, with the subject line Defective Item, including your order number, the issue, and supporting images. We will then be in touch regarding either refunding your purchase price less shipping costs, or providing a replacement item.
All items are considered final sale, except in the case of defective items. Promotional items and items on “sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
